Responsibilities
- Collaborate on development and execution of omnichannel plan aligned to brand and engagement goals.
- Orchestrate omnichannel marketing components for personalized, seamless HCP/Patient experiences.
- Provide omnichannel governance and cross-functional coordination (Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales).
- Proactively manage digital/media plans (channel mix, budgets), coordinate agency partners, ensure timely launches, assets, and data/analytics delivery.
- Define and track KPIs; monitor performance vs. plan/budget and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Partner to deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports for media, digital, and website performance.
- Oversee branded/unbranded website performance (UX, traffic, engagement, conversion) and ensure compliant data capture/analytics.
- Implement customer journey strategies across HCP and Patient audiences; provide input to journey maps.
- Lead audience targeting, activation, and optimization of automated/triggered campaigns; continuously optimize based on testing/performance.
- Lead marketing technology stack requirements; ensure timely delivery of capabilities for omnichannel execution and advanced targeting/measurement/automation.
- Design/lead pilot and test-and-learn programs for new channels/formats/tech/strategies.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Data-driven omnichannel execution and performance optimization; measurable impact.
- Hands-on marketing tech (e.g., Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud, Veeva) and website platforms.
- Personalization/AI content delivery tools, journey mapping, optimization frameworks.
- Excellent project management, presentation, communication; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- BS in Marketing/Business/Life Sciences (MBA/advanced degree a plus).
- 7+ years progressive life sciences/agency/digital or medtech product marketing experience; oncology a plus.
- Experience with traditional/non-personal channels, media planning/placement, event marketing, peer-to-peer programming.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulatory/compliance.
Compensation
- Pay range: $172,200β$227,900.
