Associate Director, Onboarding Product and Process Design

Role: Associate Director of Onboarding Product and Process Design, overseeing global preboarding and onboarding lifecycle activities within People Services. Responsibilities: manage systems, templates, and processes for employee onboarding, including vendor relationships and documentation governance; ensure compliance with employment laws; optimize candidate/employee experience; partner with Legal, IT, HRBP, and Finance; monitor metrics and implement continuous improvements. Requirements: 7+ years HR experience with expertise in global pre- and onboarding processes; strong organizational, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in HR systems and financial concepts; Bachelor’s Degree.
