Associate Director of HCP Branded Strategy and Marketing

How you will contribute
Strategic Leadership:
- Oversee end-to-end brand management aligned to business objectives and HCP priorities.
- Lead creation, development, and delivery of core brand materials (including message development).
- Serve as HCP branded strategy lead during annual planning cycles with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the Medical Commercial team on an HCP advisory board to improve HCP engagement and align with field feedback.

Innovation & Insight:
- Partner with Analytics and Insights to turn insights into actionable growth strategies and executive-level reporting.
- Ensure medical accuracy and compliance in promotional activities through partnership with medical.
- Evaluate performance using campaign measurement frameworks; optimize based on ROI, marketing mix modeling, and other analytics.

Team & Agency Leadership:
- Manage the branded marketing budget and external agency relationships for efficiency and value.
- Provide leadership and direction in cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10+ years of healthcare industry marketing with increasing responsibilities in sales or related functions.
- Deep understanding of the brand/franchise and how to engage HCPs.
- Extensive experience in marketing strategy and tactic design.
- Experience leading cross-functional and agency teams; managing large budgets.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership; manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to leverage data/analytics for data-based decisions.
- Ability to process complex information and summarize concisely in time-sensitive environments.
- Comfort with emerging technologies, new digital tools, and AI-enabled processes.

Desired:
- MBA.
- Prior pharma launch experience.
- Dermatology or immunology commercial experience (e.g., psoriasis).
