Associate Director, Nurse Educator - Hematology - Ohio Valley

Responsibilities:
- Provide education to HCPs (nurses, APPs) on dosing/administration and adverse event/adverse event management for an approved Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody when an educational need is identified.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners (field sales, training, marketing, thought leader liaisons, oncology key account leaders, medical affairs).
- Coordinate and implement strategic plans for educational responsibilities.
- Conduct compliant on-label education via 1:1 and group presentations to APPs and nurses; interact with APPs (NP/PA), nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
- Improve disease-state/product clinical knowledge and account management through ongoing approved NE training and collaboration at POA meetings.
- Complete required training and continually strengthen scientific knowledge.
- Maintain high integrity and follow company compliance/legal guidelines.
Requirements:
- BSN minimum; MSN/NP/DNP preferred.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (e.g., OCN, AOCN, CBNC) preferred.
- 5+ years oncology clinical experience with hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant preferred.
- Ability to identify and address educational needs of key HCPs/accounts in assigned geography.
- Excellent oral/written communication; strong presentation/platform skills.
- Superior clinical skills and business acumen; strong collaborator.
- Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance required.
- Ability to travel and cover a large territory; must live within assigned territory (Ohio Valley: MI, IN, OH, KY, TN, Western PA) and hold a valid driverβs license.
