The Associate Director, Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics is responsible for helping internal partners/stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions. She/he will lead Global Marketing Analytics and Business Insights to develop actionable recommendations for neuroscience franchises based on market insights.

Key responsibilities include independently leading Business Insights planning, implementation, communication of results, and alignment of brand strategies and plans, including end-to-end project planning, coordination, timelines, cross-functional alignment, recommendations, interim/final results, and progress communication to brand teams, senior management, and/or vendors.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as APEX Above Brand Analytics lead supporting neuroscience franchises (Psych, Migraine, Parkinsonโ€™s).
- Advance the โ€œFuture Fitโ€ APEX Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics vision (reduce duplicative data purchases; enable robust reporting/targeting/measurement).
- Lead cross-functional teams to frame/prioritize critical brand questions for better, faster decisions.
- Develop relationships with APEX cross-functional teams, US, and Key Affiliate contacts.
- Identify analytics opportunities; lead/participate in initiatives to improve APEX data/analytics capabilities.
- Ensure activities are on time, within budget, and follow financial/ethical compliance guidelines.
- Advance brand readiness and data/technology readiness; harmonize on-market data/reporting/forecasting/targeting/measurement.
- Deliver closed-loop omnichannel HCP targeting, reporting, and measurement.
- Build patient analytics (new-market assessment; patient flow, sizing, in-play, forecasting).
- Enable real-time portfolio optimization via weekly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annual measurement, simulation, and sub-national optimization.
- Champion AI-powered data/reporting operations (agentic anomaly detection, database management, harmonization, automation).

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred. Statistical knowledge is a must.
- 10+ years (or 8 with PhD/Master) in marketing analytics or quantitative analysis of sales/marketing information for business plans/strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data sources and analytics approaches globally and by country; experience developing/executing global analytics and research plans.
- Excellent strategic thinking/storytelling; analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen.
- Experience influencing cross-functional global/affiliate teams; experience with Analytics/Machine Learning.
- Advanced experience with 3rd-party pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA/SHS Sales Data) and specialty pharmacy data.
- Ability to present effectively to all levels; agile/nimble, collaborative leadership.
