The Associate Director, Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics is responsible for helping internal partners/stakeholders make informed strategic and operational decisions. Leads Global Marketing Analytics and Business Insights to develop actionable recommendations for neuroscience franchises based on market insights.

Key responsibilities include independently leading Business Insights planning, implementation, communication of results, and alignment of brand strategies and plans, including cross-functional project planning, coordination, timelines, recommendations, and progress updates to Brand Teams, Senior Management, and/or Vendors.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the APEX Above Brand Analytics lead for Neuroscience franchises (Psych, Migraine, Parkinsonโ€™s Diseases), advising on brand strategy and key initiatives using data/analytics.
- Advance the โ€œFuture Fitโ€ APEX Neuroscience Above Brand Analytics vision by reducing duplicative data purchases and enabling robust reporting, targeting, and measurement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to frame/prioritize critical brand questions and enable faster business decisions.
- Develop/maintain relationships with APEX cross-functional teams, US and Key Affiliate contacts to co-create plans and ensure consistent market understanding.
- Identify analytics opportunities; lead initiatives to improve APEX data and analytics capabilities.
- Ensure APEX activities are on time, within budget, and comply with financial/ethical guidelines.
- Advance neuro portfolio brand readiness and data/technology readiness; harmonize on-market data, reporting, forecasting, targeting, and measurement.
- Deliver closed-loop omnichannel HCP targeting, reporting, and measurement.
- Build scalable patient analytics for market assessment and patient flow/sizing/forecasting.
- Enable real-time portfolio optimization via marketing measurement, simulation, and sub-national optimization.
- Champion AI-powered data/reporting operations (e.g., anomaly detection, database management, harmonization, automation).

Qualifications:
- BA or BS required; advanced degree preferred. Degree concentration in marketing research/marketing/social sciences preferred. Neuroscience experience preferred. Statistical knowledge required.
- Minimum 10 years (or 8 with PhD/Masters) in marketing analytics or quantitative analysis of sales/marketing information used in business planning/strategy.
- Strong knowledge of key data sources/analytics approaches (global and country level), including global analytics/research plan execution and quantitative/secondary data insight development.
- Excellent strategic thinking, thought leadership, and storytelling.
- Analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, creativity in problem solving.
- Experience influencing cross-functional global/affiliate teams.
- Experience with Analytics/Machine Learning.
- Advanced experience with 3rd-party pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA/SHS: APLD, DDD, Xponent, NSP, NPA) and specialty pharmacy data.
- Ability to present effectively to all organization levels (verbal and written).
- Agile, collaborative, and able to lead strategically and build trust.
