Associate Director, National Accounts

Role: Associate Director, National Accounts, overseeing payer and PBM account management to facilitate patient access to Arrowhead's commercial therapies, including the recently approved Redemplo for FCS. Responsibilities: manage a dedicated portfolio, serve as a strategic payer partner, analyze formulary and claims data, and develop insights to support market access strategies; represent Arrowhead at industry conferences and collaborate cross-functionally on payer engagement and policy development. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; 7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, PBM, or payer markets with expertise in market access analytics, payer policy, or managed markets; proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights; high-level communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel ~25%. Preferred: experience with formulary data, pharmacy claims, and supporting or partnering with account teams; advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, PharmD).
