Responsibilities:
- Serve as strategic thought partner to the Head of Rare Disease and Medical leadership; identify execution risks, operational challenges, and alignment opportunities.
- Drive integration of strategy-to-execution planning across AOP, ICP, and long-range planning; translate priorities into coordinated plans and measurable milestones.
- Coordinate Rare Disease Medical operating rhythm: milestone tracking, governance forums, KPI integration, and preparation for leadership reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Medical priorities are represented in the broader BNA operating cadence.
- Facilitate information flow and strategic communication across Medical leadership, enterprise partners, and governance forums.
- Prepare executive materials and strategic narratives on Medical priorities, progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Partner with Finance and Rare Disease LT for budget planning, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Identify execution risks, structural barriers, and cross-functional dependencies; support alignment and resolution.
- Coordinate NA and Global Medical alignment across initiatives/workstreams.
- Lead continuous improvement for operating clarity, governance effectiveness, and enterprise collaboration.
- Promote accountability, transparency, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications/Required Skills:
- BA/BS required; MBA/MS/PhD preferred.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
- 7+ years in biopharma strategy, operations, consulting, Medical Affairs, or related enterprise-facing roles.
- Experience with cross-functional planning, governance, or program management.
- Business and financial acumen; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication/presentation; influence in a matrix without authority.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Skills:
- Alliance/cross-enterprise experience; Global Medical/affiliate experience.
- Financial planning; change management.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated): Base: $162,000–$223,000; incentives (cash bonus and equity opportunities).
