Responsibilities
- Maintain highest technical expertise through continuous learning; provide unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical/scientific information.
- Spend majority of time on customer-facing activities; serve as primary interface between Lilly Medical and SEs/CEs using emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
- Connect SEs/CEs with Lilly resources/internal partners; facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities.
- Own territory strategy: analyze, plan, prioritize, execute, and evaluate; take personal accountability; use territory analytics for customer identification/routing.
- Synthesize and communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal and cross-functional teams; use good judgment, escalate issues as appropriate; collaborate across functions.
- Execute role compliantly; adhere to internal/external requirements, procedures, and laws.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) required; 2โ3 years relevant clinical/therapeutic area experience desired.
- Masterโs/bachelorโs degree in health sciences considered with 5+ years relevant clinical/research/industry experience.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time US work authorization required (no sponsorship).
Additional Preferences (selected)
- Neuroscience therapeutic area experience (strongly preferred).
- Travel up to 80%; work 4โ6 weekends/year; live near a transport hub.
- Intellectual curiosity; learning agility; self-directed; advanced presentation/computer skills; literature identification.
- Strong verbal/written communication; ability to use field-based electronic tools.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $156,000โ$250,800; may include company bonus.
