Position Summary
- Associate Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Neurology (field-based; reports to Director, MSLs, Neurology)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with KOLs and allied HCPs.
- Educate HCPs on the product portfolio.
- Serve as a regional medical/scientific resource and align stakeholder needs with available resources.
- Provide fair-balanced, scientifically rigorous educational/clinical information in response to requests.
- Support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored clinical research.
- Facilitate speaker development and training.
- Conduct compliant, ethical scientific exchanges for unsolicited information requests.
- Present and support medical conference activities (international/national/regional/local).
- Liaise with Clinical Operations to support company-sponsored studies.
- Participate in advisory boards and clinical investigator meetings.
- Gather field insights and competitive intelligence; provide feedback to HQ.
- Deliver internal training (disease state, therapeutic landscape, product information).
- Build cross-functional relationships in adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Maintain independent learning in the therapeutic area.
- Coordinate scientific communication opportunities at national/local congresses.
- Work with the team to generate/present meaningful data; provide session/poster/symposium coverage when requested.
- Attend face-to-face meetings to obtain expert feedback.

Qualifications
- Required: Advanced clinical/science degree or healthcare credentials (MD, PhD, RPh, PharmD, NP, PA, MS or equivalent).
- Preferred: 3+ years MSL/field-based/clinical experience; therapeutic area experience.
- Preferred knowledge: treatment guidelines, clinical research processes, FDA and OIG guidelines.
- Skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills; results- and team-oriented; proven track record; full understanding of industry/legal/regulatory compliance; high ethical/scientific standards.
- Location: ideal candidate lives in FL, TN, or GA.

Compensation/Benefits
- Base salary range: $181,600 to $227,000; includes potential annual bonus, equity, and full range of benefits.
