Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Dermatology (Denver, CO & Salt Lake City, UT)

Responsibilities
- Maintain high technical expertise through continuous learning and provide unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical/scientific information.
- Spend majority of time on customer-facing activities; act as primary interface between Lilly Medical and SEs/CEs.
- Facilitate scientific exchange with external experts; connect SEs/CEs to appropriate Lilly resources and support collaborative research/external opportunities.
- Demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization; implement/evaluate territory plan and use territory analytics for customer identification and routing.
- Synthesize and communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal medical and cross-functional teams; use good judgment and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Execute role compliantly with governing requirements, procedures, laws, and Team Lilly Behaviors.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD); 2–3 years relevant clinical/therapeutic area experience desired.
- Master’s/bachelor’s in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) considered with 5+ years clinical, research, or industry experience in relevant therapeutic area.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).

Additional Skills/Preferences (preferred)
- Travel up to 80%; work 4–6 weekends/year; live near Denver or SLC airport.
- Dermatology/medical science intellectual curiosity; learning agility; self-directed.
- Advanced presentation/computer skills; strong strategic/critical thinking.
- Strong verbal/written communication; ability to use field-based electronic tools; resiliency; teamwork/interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
