Medical Science Liaison (MSL) β€” Dermatology (NY: Downtown; CT: White Plains, Stamford, Hartford)

Role/Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous learning to provide unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical/scientific information.
- Spend majority of time on customer-facing activities; serve as primary interface between Lilly medical and SEs/CEs.
- Connect SEs/CEs with Lilly resources/internal partners; facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities.
- Own a strategic territory plan: analyze, plan, prioritize, maximize efficiency; use territory analytics for customer ID/routing.
- Synthesize and communicate actionable clinical/customer insights to internal and cross-functional teams; use good judgment and escalate as appropriate.
- Execute role compliantly with applicable internal/external requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD); 2–3 years relevant clinical/therapeutic experience preferred.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the US full-time (Lilly does not sponsor visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Travel up to 80%; work 4–6 weekends/year.
- Reside within assigned territory; access to major air/rail.
- Dermatology scientific/medical curiosity; learning agility.
- Self-directed, can manage multiple priorities; advanced presentation and computer skills (literature identification).
- Strategic/critical thinking; effective verbal/written communication; comfort using field-based electronic tools.
- Resiliency; teamwork and high emotional intelligence.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Anticipated base pay: $156,000–$250,800; may be eligible for company bonus.
