Responsibilities
- Engage in continuous learning to maintain deep technical expertise in the therapeutic area.
- Establish yourself as a reliable, trusted resource of unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific information.
- Spend the majority of time on customer-facing activities; act as a primary interface between Lilly medical and SEs/CEs to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Connect SEs/CEs with appropriate Lilly resources/internal partners; facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities.
- Demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization; implement and evaluate a strategic territory plan and take accountability for results.
- Utilize territory analytics for customer identification and routing prioritization.
- Synthesize and communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal and cross-functional teams; use sound judgment and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Demonstrate Team Lilly Behaviors; execute the role compliantly and adhere to governing requirements, procedures, and laws.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required; 2โ€“3 years relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience desired.
- OR bachelorโ€™s/masterโ€™s in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) considered with 5+ years clinical, research, or industry experience in relevant therapeutic area.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time authorization to work in the US (Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- Travel up to 80%; work 4โ€“6 weekends/year; reside in assigned territory with access to major air/rail.
- Intellectual curiosity in dermatology; learning agility; self-directed; strong presentation and computer/literature identification skills.
- Strategic/critical thinking; strong verbal/written communication.
- Ability to use field-based electronic tools; resiliency; strong teamwork/interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
