Purpose
- Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supporting Scientific and Clinical Experts (SEs/CEs) with in-depth, up-to-date scientific/clinical information for specific therapeutic areas.
- Position covers Atlanta (Georgia and southern half of South Carolina).

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide scientific & clinical knowledge by synthesizing the latest research on products, disease states, and standard of care.
- Support SE/CE needs via emotional intelligence and understanding of HCP needs; act as a primary interface between Medical and SEs/CEs.
- Connect SEs/CEs to appropriate Lilly resources/internal partners and facilitate collaborative research.
- Partner with clinical development to accelerate pipeline/evidence generation aligned with study site identification, selection, and recruitment.
- Execute field strategy: analyze customer data; plan/prioritize through face-to-face and virtual engagement; implement a strategic territory plan; use analytics for customer identification/routing.
- Synthesize and communicate actionable customer/clinical insights to internal Medical and cross-functional teams; use judgment and escalate issues as appropriate; collaborate and contribute to team goals; comply with governing requirements, procedures, and laws.

Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2โ€“3 years clinically relevant experience; OR
- Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) with 5+ years clinical/research/industry experience in relevant therapeutic area.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa/work authorization sponsorship).
- Valid U.S. driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

- Ability to leverage field-based digital tools; learning agility.
- Strategic/critical thinking experience.
- Live within Atlanta geography near a transport hub.
- Travel up to 80% including weekend commitments.
- Dermatology experience strongly preferred; field-based experience and familiarity with health systems/academia/research/education processes preferred.

Benefits (explicitly stated)
- Anticipated wage: $151,500โ€“$244,200; company bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits including 401(k), pension, vacation, medical/dental/vision/prescription, flexible benefits, life insurance, time off/leave, and well-being benefits.
