Key Responsibilities
- Congresses & Educational Presence: Define and execute congress education strategy (symposia, product theaters, booth content, sponsorships); ensure compliant promotional materials.
- Congress Execution: Provide on-site leadership/support; oversee booth staff (scheduling, training, certification); organize post-event readouts.
- Congress Evaluation and Selection: Optimize sponsorship/attendance; identify new congresses; re-evaluate annual spend.
- Medical Associations: Build relationships with association leadership; identify collaboration opportunities for member education.
- Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Resources: Develop TLL strategy/resources to support KOL engagement (peer-to-peer discussions, insight questions); ensure compliant development and training guidance.
- Thought Leader Liaison KOL Insights: Lead end-to-end KOL insights process (question development, TLL training, insight reporting, cross-functional sharing/pull-through).
- Field Team Content & Engagement: Develop/execute KOL-led education/training for field teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and field teams to meet regulatory standards and objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish metrics; continuously refine strategy based on insights/data.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee external partners for content/logistics/execution.
- Therapeutic Area Expertise: Maintain disease-area and HCP learning needs expertise to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced life sciences or marketing degree preferred.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech marketing, healthcare consulting, or healthcare agency (HCP engagement, medical education, peer-to-peer strategy preferred).
- Ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables.
- Deep compliance knowledge/experience in regulated environments.

- Eligible for annual short-term incentive award and annual long-term incentive award (e.g., bonus and equity).
U.S. Pay Range
- $161,500.00 - $218,500.00
