Medical Affairs
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute medical content strategy for Neuroscience/FTP in the US Medical Content Hub.
- Plan and oversee agile development of medical communications and scientific training content for assigned brands/pipeline therapies.
- Maintain and update medical communications materials (scientific platforms, core slide decks, scientific/digital communication plans).
- Design and develop scientific and disease/product training content for US Medical teams, including MSLs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate latest scientific data and align with medical objectives.
- Create innovative training channels; monitor learning outcomes via assessments/evaluations.
- Use AI/digital-enabled approaches to improve efficiency; manage projects to deliver on time, within budget, and on strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally and maintain stakeholder communication; liaise with external vendors for assigned assets.

Travel:
- Limited overnight travel to professional meetings/conferences/client sites; some international travel may be required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MPH, MS, PhD, MD, or PharmD) in a biosciences discipline.
- 4+ years related experience in pharma or medical communications agency.
- 3+ years in Medical Affairs, including medical communications.
- Proven experience leading individuals and cross-functional teams.
- Track record delivering medical communications and congress programs (including omnichannel/digital).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work across diverse therapeutic areas.
- Experience with budget/resource and vendor management.
- Demonstrated use of digital technologies/AI tools (e.g., generative AI, data analytics/visualization).
- Experience with Articulate (RISE/360) and Veeva (Vault/PromoMats).
- Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development and product life-cycle management.
- Strong ability to write scientific communication decks/reports/materials; interpret medical/scientific data and apply compliance/regulatory knowledge.
