Responsibilities:
- Partner with Medical Analytics TA and offshore Hyderabad leads to plan and execute analytics of raw insights from product launches, conferences, key data releases, and other critical events.
- Use AI models/technology to automate and standardize ingestion and standardization of text insights to accelerate actionable analysis.
- Coordinate with Medical and Field Medical matrix partners to understand business questions, priorities, needs, and deliverables.
- Deliver high-quality analytics reports on time to enable short- and long-term strategy adjustments.
- Hold regular meetings to present findings, answer field questions, and serve as technical expert in Medical leadership forums, BI&A project reviews, and industry symposia.
- Coordinate with Medical Analytics Manager/leads on timelines and harmonization of objectives/messaging.
- Expand and integrate data sources for medical insights.
- Maintain relationships with BI&T and data platform owners to ensure robust, well-defined, secure data linkages.
- Understand compliance/legal rules for governed datasets in certain markets/business units.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MA/MS minimum; PhD (or equivalent) preferred in life/physical sciences, applied sciences (CS/math/data science), or engineering.
- 5+ years experience; 4+ years in data analytics.
- Proficiency in text analytics, data visualization, AI, predictive methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics for extracting information from large raw text; ability to assimilate/deploy new tools.
- Experience in matrix environments; consulting experience beneficial.
- Preferred: clinical/pharma/healthcare experience.
- Skills/tools: R, Python, SAS, AI models; prompt engineering.
