What You’ll Do
- Own and operate the content production function as a managed service for Medical Affairs: email, web assets, interactive dynamic HTML, and multi-format deliverables (on time and at quality).
- Manage intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across therapeutic areas.
- Define production standards, quality gates, and review processes to meet brand, regulatory, and compliance needs.
- Build/maintain production SLAs, turnaround benchmarks, and throughput/quality reporting.
- Lead and develop producers (HTML authoring, email builds, interactive content, asset adaptation).
- Partner with design agencies for creative-to-production handoff (specs, timelines, quality standards).
- Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered content authoring tools; integrate AI into workflows to reduce manual effort and increase derivative production.
- Own content authoring platforms and production infrastructure; define the technology stack (HTML tools, asset management, templates, QA tooling) and drive integrations with review/approval and downstream delivery.
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s + 8 years OR Bachelor’s + 10 years in medical content production/digital content ops/creative production management.
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs content types, HTML authoring, and digital content production.
- Familiarity with content management and digital asset management platforms in pharma/life sciences.
Preferred Qualifications (selected):
- Leadership of content production/digital content operations teams; agency partnerships.
- Deep expertise in HTML, responsive email, interactive/digital content, and web production.
- Experience implementing AI-powered content tools and managed-service production (SLAs, intake, quality gates).
- Pharma/life sciences experience strongly preferred.
Location
- Onsite in Foster City or Parsippany; at least 3 days/week in office.
