Global Content Studio Technology Product Lead (Medical Affairs)
Responsibilities
- Own and operate Medical Affairs content production as a managed service (email content, web assets, interactive dynamic HTML, and multi-format deliverables) meeting time, quality, brand, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Manage intake/prioritization/capacity planning; define standards, quality gates, review processes, SLAs/turnaround benchmarks, and reporting dashboards.
- Lead and develop content producers (HTML authoring, email builds, interactive content, asset adaptation across formats/channels).
- Partner with design agencies to translate briefs/mockups into compliant production-ready digital content; manage creative-to-build handoff.
- Bring AI into the workflow: evaluate/implement/operationalize AI-powered authoring tools, reduce manual effort, enable new formats, align with AI governance/compliance.
- Own content authoring platforms and production infrastructure (HTML tools, DAM, templates, QA tooling), driving integrations with review/approval and delivery channels; enable global-to-local/local-to-local derivatives with traceability/version control.
Qualifications
- Basic: Masterβs + 8 years OR Bachelorβs + 10 years in medical content production/digital content operations/creative production management (or related).
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs content types; HTML authoring and digital content production; CMS/DAM platforms in pharma/life sciences.
- Preferred: Lead content production/digital ops teams; deep HTML/responsive email/dynamic interactive content skills; implement AI-powered content tools; run managed services with SLAs/quality/throughput; experience with offshore/distributed teams; design-agency partnership; regulatory/compliance and review/approval workflows; pharma/life sciences preferred.

- Bay Area: $195,670β$253,220; Other US: $177,905β$230,230. Discretionary bonus/LTIs, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance may be available.
