Responsibilities
- Own and operate Medical Affairs content production as a managed service: email content, web assets, interactive/dynamic HTML deliverables, and multi-format outputs on time and to quality standards.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across therapeutic areas.
- Define/manage production standards, quality gates, review processes, SLAs/turnaround benchmarks, and throughput reporting.
- Lead and develop a content production team (HTML authoring, email builds, interactive content, asset adaptation).
- Partner with design agencies to ensure compliant, production-ready handoffs.
- Design/build future-state scalable production capability for global-to-local (and local-to-local) derivatives.
- Evaluate, implement, and operationalize AI-powered content authoring tools; build AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Own content authoring platforms and production infrastructure (stack, integrations with review/approval, DAM, delivery channels), ensuring traceability/version control.

Qualifications
- Masterโ€™s + 8 years OR Bachelorโ€™s + 10 years in medical content production/digital content operations/creative production management (or related).
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs content types and HTML/digital content production.
- Familiarity with content management and digital asset management platforms in pharma/life sciences.

Preferred
- Lead experience managing digital content operations/managed services with SLAs, quality gates, and reporting.
- Deep expertise in HTML, responsive email, interactive digital content, and modern web production.
- Experience with AI-powered/generative content and automated adaptation.
- Experience with offshore/distributed production capability; design agency partnership.
- Understanding of Medical Affairs regulatory/compliance (review/approval workflows, fair balance, promo vs non-promo).
