Associate Director, Media Strategy & Execution

Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated, connected media/channel strategies across paid, owned, earned, CRM, web, search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, endemic/non-endemic, and emerging digital channels.
- Translate brand objectives and audience insights into journey-led media plans supporting awareness through ongoing engagement.
- Advise brand teams on creation of compliant, audience-appropriate content aligned to regulatory requirements.
- Design and execute KOL/community influencer programs; measure engagement and downstream behavior to optimize.
- Lead annual/quarterly/in-cycle media planning (budget allocation, prioritization, optimization) across brands, audiences, channels, and campaign objectives.
- Recommend channel mix, investment levels, and tradeoffs using performance trends; manage budgets aligned to approved plans.
- Build/interpret measurement and reporting (success measures, dashboards, learning agendas); champion test-and-learn and continuous optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally (brand, commercial, analytics, IT, legal/privacy/medical/regulatory as needed) and lead agency collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years in media/channel strategy, digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, marketing analytics, or related life sciences commercial disciplines.
- Experience building integrated digital-first media strategies (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, web, CRM/email/automation).
- Demonstrated media budget/agency/investment planning and performance accountability.
- Strong patient/HCP engagement understanding, digital journey planning, segmentation, compliant marketing practices.
- Measurement framework experience (KPIs, attribution/MMM/incrementality, dashboards) and hands-on tools (media platforms, web analytics, BI, CRM, marketing automation, clean rooms).
- U.S. healthcare marketing knowledge; strong financial/analytical/project management/communication skills.

Compensation:
- Estimated pay range: $173,000–$203,000 USD.
