Responsibilities:
- Develop connected media and channel strategies across paid, owned, earned, CRM, web, search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, endemic/non-endemic, and emerging digital channels; ensure integration with creative, messaging, audience segmentation, and digital experience design.
- Translate brand objectives, audience insights, market dynamics, and customer needs into journey-led media plans supporting awareness through ongoing engagement.
- Partner with brand teams to advise on compliant, audience-appropriate content aligned to regulatory requirements.
- Design and execute KOL/community influencer programs; measure performance using engagement and downstream behavior signals to optimize.
- Lead media planning cycles (annual/quarterly/in-cycle), including budget allocation, prioritization, and optimization across brands, audiences, channels, and campaign objectives.
- Recommend channel mix, investment levels, and funding tradeoffs based on goals and performance trends.
- Manage media budgets with transparency, efficiency, compliance, and alignment to approved plans.
- Use performance data (reach/frequency, attribution concepts, media mix, web analytics, CRM signals, learnings) to identify opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for marketing leaders and stakeholders.
- Define success measures, dashboards, reporting inputs, and learning agendas with analytics stakeholders.
- Champion test-and-learn culture (experimentation, personalization pilots, audience refinement, creative and channel optimization).
- Serve as strategic media partner to commercial leaders; lead agency collaboration and support compliant execution in regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 8+ years in media strategy/channel strategy/digital marketing/omnichannel engagement/marketing analytics (life sciences).
- Experience building integrated digital-first media strategies (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV, web, CRM/email/automation, endemic/non-endemic).
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, investment planning, and performance accountability.
- Strong understanding of patient and HCP engagement, digital journey planning, segmentation, content ecosystems, and compliant marketing.
- Experience building measurement frameworks, KPIs, performance interpretation, and optimization.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare marketing (patient, HCP, payer).
- Familiarity with media measurement approaches (attribution, MMM, incrementality, audience quality, dashboarding).
- Hands-on experience with media platforms, web analytics, BI tools, CRM/marketing automation, clean rooms, and healthcare media data partners.
- Experience optimizing content for Meta and other social channels with compliant healthcare considerations.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical orientation, project management, communication, and curiosity for emerging/AI-enabled media innovation.
