Associate Director, GDSI Oncology Integrated Insights (Breast & Gyn) β€” Foster City, CA (hybrid).

Responsibilities
- Support the Breast & Gyn franchise with forecasting, analytics, and market research for indications including TNBC, HR+/HER2- breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and select additional indications (e.g., SCLC).
- Develop and maintain long-range forecasts, annual planning processes, ATUs, chart audit analyses, affiliate engagement, and business performance assessments.
- Lead forecast updates for planning cycles, Long Range Planning, financial guidance, ATUs, and scenario assessments.
- Evaluate business drivers (epidemiology, treatment dynamics, competitive events, pricing/dosing assumptions, therapy duration, market evolution) and communicate assumptions/insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct base-case and scenario analyses; monitor commercial performance and market dynamics; create executive-ready analyses.
- Partner on market research (qual/quant) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Use secondary data sources (e.g., chart audits, claims, prescriptions) for competitive intelligence and market monitoring.
- Align global and local teams on assumptions/methodologies; support forecast governance and senior presentations.

Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years relevant experience; OR Master’s + 8+; OR PhD + 2+.

Preferred
- Experience in biotechnology/pharma/consulting focused on market research, forecasting/analytics, decision analytics, commercial strategy, or marketing.
- Oncology knowledge (breast/gynecologic/thoracic/ADC or in-line brand experience); experience with in-line brands, ATUs, chart audits, forecast governance, and affiliate engagement.

Skills/Tools
- Influence without authority in a matrixed environment; senior leadership presentation skills.
- Strong task/project management and communication.
- Data/analytics experience using sources such as IQVIA/IMS, SHA, claims, treatment patterns, ATUs, chart audits; advanced Excel/PowerPoint.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $195,670–$253,220; may include discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
