The Associate Director (Head & Neck Oncology) Marketing Professional Promotion โ Field Activation & Experience will shape, implement, and execute brand strategies for Genmabโs Head and Neck Cancer team. Report to the Director of the Petosemtamab Marketing team and work closely with US Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Work arrangement:
- Flexibility to work away from the office for 20%โ40% of schedule (increments of single/multiple consecutive days), not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period, and approved by hiring manager.
Responsibilities:
- Shape key strategies and pull through prioritized tactics to achieve brand vision.
- Partner with Digital/Omnichannel teams to advance data-driven, personalized HCP engagement and guide omnichannel customer journeys/channel priorities.
- Lead operationalization of tactical execution and tailored non-personal stakeholder engagement resources coordinating with field teams.
- Use customer insights (channel-driven and face-to-face KOL interactions) and KPI reporting with CE&I to inform brand strategy.
- Lead/shape brand insights and leverage Advanced AI and other technologies.
- Deliver peer-to-peer education tactics (advisory boards, speaker bureaus, steering committees, customer insights generation).
- Partner with TLE to develop KOL-specific strategies/resources; execute tactical planning and pull-through.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on digital and non-personal go-to-market pull-through.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables aligned to brand goals.
- Partner across Brand, Digital Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales/Sales Learning & Dev., Market Access, and Medical Affairs; lead through external agency partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years relevant experience, including US/global in-line or digital marketing.
- Oncology/HNSCC marketing experience highly preferred; accelerated approval experience highly preferred.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Strategic/creative mindset; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven brand performance and measurable impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; excellent verbal/written communication.
- Ability to lead stakeholders (โone teamโ mentality).
- Preferred: emerging, complex/dynamic environment experience; self-starter.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment; manage multiple priorities; proactive, solutions-oriented.
