The Associate Director (Head & Neck Oncology) Petosemtamab Marketing Professional Promotion – Field Activation & Experience will drive executional excellence and field-facing activation of the promotional strategy, reporting to the Director of the Petosemtamab Marketing team and working closely with US Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Work arrangement:
- Flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule, in approved increments.
Responsibilities:
- Shape strategies and tactics to achieve the brand vision
- Lead field activation planning and pull-through strategy
- Partner with sales leadership to identify customer engagement opportunities
- Ensure field teams have impactful promotional resources and engagement tools
- Support launch readiness and field communication planning
- Coordinate promotional alignment across training, sales, market access, and medical teams
- Improve customer experience and engagement
- Lead peer-to-peer and congress engagement strategy
- Use KOL interactions and KPI reporting (with CE&I) to inform brand strategy
- Lead brand insights leveraging Advanced AI and other technologies
- Execute tactical planning and pull-through; collaborate with Salesforce
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead through external agencies and internal cross-functional partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years relevant experience, including US/global in-line marketing and field sales
- Oncology/HNSCC marketing preferred; accelerated approval experience highly preferred
- Prior sales experience highly preferred
- Strategic/creative mindset; translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven brand performance and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to lead/motivate stakeholders (“one team” mindset)
- Thrive in complex, dynamic environment; self-starter and solutions-oriented
- Domestically travel
Benefits/compensation (if applicable): Proposed US salary band $176,400–$264,600; eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/long-term incentives.
