The Associate Director, Patient Experience and Consumer Marketing (Head & Neck Oncology) will lead patient engagement strategy and patient-centered support initiatives for head and neck cancer, addressing unmet needs, improving navigation and access, and strengthening the patient experience. Partners with the internal Advocacy team and the Patient Services team to align patient-centered education, support, and engagement strategies across the care continuum. Reports to the Senior Director of the Petosemtamab Marketing team; works closely with US Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Work arrangement: Flexibility to work away from the office 20%β40% of a typical schedule (increments of single or consecutive days), not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period, approved by the hiring manager.
Responsibilities:
- Shape strategies and tactics to achieve brand vision
- Lead development of patient experience strategy aligned to brand imperatives and launch objectives
- Identify unmet patient/caregiver needs and translate insights into support and engagement initiatives
- Partner with Advocacy and Patient Services teams to align education, support, and engagement
- Shape support experiences across access, navigation, affordability, and survivorship touchpoints
- Develop patient-focused educational resources across personal/non-personal channels
- Incorporate patient/caregiver perspectives into program design and customer engagement
- Partner with omnichannel COE for patient engagement journeys and digital support
- Monitor HNC trends, unmet needs, and advocacy landscape dynamics
- Collaborate to improve awareness/utilization of support resources
- Develop resources for CNEs and patient-focused programming
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; optimize journeys using data/segmentation/personalization
