Hybrid role: onsite Tuesday–Thursday.
Associate Director responsible for planning and executing Patient strategies and tactics for ELAHERE (FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer) and EMRELIS (c-Met targeted ADC for 2L+ NSCLC). Supports both brands (70/30 split) and works with cross-functional teams including advocacy, public affairs, sales, sales training, medical affairs, market research, and regulatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for patient tactics
- Build yearly brand tactical plans; plan omnichannel patient promotions
- Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review/approve patient materials
- Manage/develop a Marketing Manager; collaborate with internal/external networks, consultants, and agencies
- Track budgets for responsible tactics
- Contribute to Executive Leadership presentations
- Establish/maintain advocacy relationships (as appropriate)
- Support sales force with patient materials and develop patient brochures/leave-behinds
- Evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years in biopharmaceutical industry; Consumer/Patient marketing experience
- Strong analytics and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships with senior management and external partners
Preferred:
- Oncology/hematology experience (ovarian or lung cancer)
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Knowledge of marketing concepts in strategic planning
- Collaboration/influencing others; results through others
- Understanding of market research principles
