The Associate Director (AD) will plan and execute patient strategies and tactics for ELAHERE (FRα-positive platinum-resistant ovarian cancer) and EMRELIS (c-Met targeted ADC for 2L+ NSCLC). Supports both brands in a 70/30 time split and collaborates with multiple departments to align strategic direction and market execution. Fosters relationships with advocacy, public affairs, sales, sales training, medical affairs, market research, regulatory, and cross-franchise teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of strategy for patient tactics
- Build yearly brand tactical plans; develop tactics aligned to strategic brand plan for patient promotions (including omnichannel strategy and planning)
- Partner with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to review and approve patient materials
- Manage/develop a Marketing Manager for ELAHERE; collaborate with internal/external networks, consultants, and agencies
- Perform budget tracking for responsible tactics
- Contribute to Executive Leadership presentations
- Establish and maintain advocacy group relationships where appropriate
- Support sales force with patient materials and development/implementation of patient brochures and other leave-behinds
- Evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years biopharmaceutical industry experience with Consumer/Patient marketing
- Strong analytics and business acumen
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster strong relationships with senior management and external partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology/hematology experience (ovarian or lung cancer)
- Pharmaceutical sales experience
- Knowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning
- Strong collaboration/influencing; results through others
- Understanding of market research principles to draw valid conclusions
