Hybrid role; onsite at Mettawa, IL Tuesday–Thursday.

Serve as a marketing subject matter expert for the Emrelis oncology brand team, providing strategic leadership to optimize performance across the brand lifecycle. Lead strategic planning and development of key marketing pillars (brand story, positioning, segmentation, creative development, messaging). Direct marketing initiatives from strategy through compliant tactical execution and continuous optimization. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage designated marketing activities for the Emrelis brand within the US oncology organization.
- Lead/support non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy and execution via compliant, data-driven, omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Lead implementation of tactics that maximize sales, market share, profitability, and long-term brand value across the product lifecycle.
- Lead, inspire, and develop Marketing Managers.
- Lead development and execution of multiple marketing projects in a timely manner.
- Operate with agility in a fast-paced, matrixed commercial environment.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Research, Sales, and HEOR to ensure aligned execution and unified brand vision.
- Direct reporting to the Director, US Oncology Marketing.

Strategy:
- Contribute to brand strategy, gap analyses, research planning, and refinement of the strategic brand plan.
- Monitor oncology marketplace trends and apply patient- and data-driven insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to evolve product positioning, branding, and lifecycle strategy.

Tactical Management & Execution:
- Lead/support development of strategic business plan and synthesis of tactical plan.
- Manage development of compliant tactics supporting appropriate consideration/preferred use within approved indications.
- Evaluate effectiveness using performance measurement, analytics, and metrics to optimize ROI and brand objectives.
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Project Management, Sales Training, Consumer Marketing, Market Analytics, Business Insights, and external agencies for compliance and integration.
- Demonstrate mastery of marketing responsibilities and brand stewardship.

Financial Management:
- Manage brand P&L responsibilities, including preparation, governance, and stewardship of the annual brand budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years marketing experience (US market).
- Strong planning and organization.
- Proven people leadership (with and without formal authority).
- Ability to work/communicate effectively cross-functionally.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:
- Oncology experience requiring a companion diagnostic.
- Brand lifecycle management and optimization of established brands.
- Experience managing marketing teams.
- Knowledge of regulations/standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies and internal partners.
- Understanding of market research principles to draw valid conclusions.
