Marketing
Lead strategic and tactical elements of the brand strategy and tactical plan, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative development. Develop and articulate effective oncology marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easily communicated, and clinically/financially supported for relevant areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders to build, manage, and execute oncology marketing plans to achieve patient, market, and financial results.
- Drive and participate in oncology-specific business and marketing planning processes.
- Use a holistic understanding of oncology-specific financial planning.
- Lead and manage direct report(s) and external partnerships within oncology.
- Influence business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally within oncology to deliver business results.
- Grow oncology brand/product penetration, market share, and awareness in designated markets.
- Develop next-generation oncology products and/or product enhancements and experiences using the oncology patient journey.
- Direct and manage projects to execute oncology marketing plans, initiatives, and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare preferred.
- Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency, ideally in oncology or related therapeutic areas.
- Hematology experience required; preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma.
- Launch experience required.
- Previous cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing preferred; oncology experience highly valued.
