This position is responsible for developing and implementing HCP medical education strategies for CNS (Movement Disorder / Tourette Syndrome / Bipolar / Schizophrenia) brand at Teva, ensuring educational needs are identified, addressed, and prioritized across the brand and portfolio.

How Youโ€™ll Spend Your Day
- Lead development, execution, and evaluation of medical education programs, including peer-to-peer education, CME initiatives, and live events.
- Execute initiatives focused on HCPs including Psychiatrists, Neurologists, nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), and primary care.
- Identify HCP needs and preferred engagement methods.
- Manage the medical education budget and allocate resources based on strategy.
- Ensure medical education initiatives are compliant with industry guidelines and Teva policies.
- Build and execute portfolio-wide plans with other marketing disciplines (KOL Engagement/Congress Planning and Thought Leader Liaison), with focus on movement-disorders content for congresses and serving as liaison to speakers.
- Partner with medical education agencies and drive engagement effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Medical Affairs).
- Maintain understanding of the external market and new approaches to medical education.
- Support annual planning with brand leads.
- Manage promotional approval process for medical education materials.

Your Skills And Experience
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s preferred
- 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience required
- 2+ years pharmaceutical medical education experience required
- CNS experience preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong pharmaceutical/therapeutic area business acumen
- Ability to draw insights, compile data, and perform analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex information and recognize trends
- Project management; coordinate projects with stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Travel Requirements: Approximately 30% domestic travel in the US.
