Job Description

This role leads and coordinates Agentic AI capabilities to enable effective marketing strategy, insights, and activation decisions for HCP and patient-focused tactics.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop the US marketing AI decisioning capability roadmap aligned to US commercial priorities and enterprise capabilities.
- Establish and lead a multi-year roadmap of agentic AI capabilities for HCP and patient-focused tactics.
- Prioritize agentic AI capabilities by business need and impact, scalability, feasibility, and Responsible AI guidelines.
- Establish and manage governance with stakeholders to ensure transparency, timely prioritization, and roadmap implementation.
- Drive implementation of AI agents with functional and technology partners.
- Develop therapeutic area/brand context, business rules, and structured/unstructured data needed to configure AI agents for use cases.
- Integrate/connect marketing AI decisioning agents with cross-functional AI agents under Responsible AI guidelines.
- Build cross-functional alignment (US Digital & AI strategy/ops, commercial insights/analytics, Commercial IT, global decision science/data management).
- Define an operating model across business and technology teams for scalability and sustainability.
- Partner with IT to scope and deliver scalable agentic AI solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery, balancing speed with quality; define quarterly priorities/milestones; ensure measurable business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s + 10 yearsโ€™ experience OR Masterโ€™s + 8 years OR PhD + 2 years.

Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years pharma commercial experience; strong analytical and communication skills.
- Deep expertise building agentic AI for marketing strategy, insight generation, and activation workflows.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data (patient-level claims; HCP/patient engagement from sales, marketing, and patient support).
- Ability to navigate commercial data/analytics/technology environments; translate complex problems into measurable outcomes.
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
