Main Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate an insight agenda for the US Systemic Mastocytosis business; identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the US Commercial team on launch readiness, brand strategy, stakeholder communications, and related initiatives.
- Support US Commercial processes including performance tracking and forecasting demand with alignment of competitive insights.
- Build partnerships across a matrix environment (US Commercial, Insights & Analytics, Global) and coordinate projects.
- Partner with insights vendors to design, execute, and report market research studies delivering actionable insights.
- Manage projects across the full market research lifecycle (vision through fieldwork and reporting).
- Communicate insights clearly with clear calls to action; collaborate with forecasting, analytics, patient services to deliver integrated recommendations.
- Operationalize insight workstreams on time, within budget, and compliantly.
- Be an insights subject matter expert and develop colleagues.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech market research experience (manufacturer or consulting).
- Strong primary market research capabilities (quantitative, qualitative, agile).
- Excellent project management to lead multiple compliant, timely workstreams.
- Strong strategic thinking and life-sciences industry business acumen.
- Knowledge of secondary/syndicated data (prescription data, patient claims data, promotional audits).
- Excellent communication across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- US Commercial launch experience (preferably 2+ years focused on Rare Disease, Immunology, and/or Oncology).
- Experience with New Product Planning, Marketing, Value & Access.
- Vendor management experience in insights/market research.
