Associate Director of Market Research & Analytics for Atopic Dermatitis, Vitiligo & Alopecia Areata

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify primary research and analytics opportunities for current, objective insights across HCPs and patients.
- Use custom research methods; manage suppliers/stakeholders; independently lead custom research projects.
- Deliver actionable, insight-driven learnings and influence through storytelling.
- Lead business questions requiring synthesis across multiple evidence sources (especially primary and secondary data); own framing, synthesis, implications, and recommendations.
- Perform sophisticated syntheses of learning across primary research, analytics, and market intelligence to shape strategy and tactics.
- Demonstrate analytics fluency across data types.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage intelligence from Brand, Field Planning & Analytics, Market Access, and Patient Services.
- Maintain and communicate knowledge of the market, competitive trends, and industry developments.
- Design and execute measurement plans using operational and performance indicators.
- Coordinate and manage monthly program performance assessments (business reviews).
- Represent the voice of the customer with objectivity.
- Manage and develop direct reports; expose them to Leadership to accelerate growth and efficiency.
- Balance business needs with strategic projects to advance Immunology APEX capabilities.
- Ensure research/analytics programs are managed within budget; identify cost savings.
- Ensure activities follow financial and ethical compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA/PhD) preferred.
- 10+ years relevant marketing research and/or analytics experience required.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and pharmaceutical data (e.g., prescribing, sales, payer/payer-prescriber, formulary, patient-level) preferred.
- Strong analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to present to all levels (verbal and writing).
- Proven experience in high-performing teams; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Aptitude for a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
