Main Responsibilities
- Execute non-promotional MS market development strategies via direct engagement with clinicians, thought leaders, centers of excellence, and the neurology community, focused on disease education, scientific exchange, and pre-launch market shaping.
- Deliver broad, integrated, multi-year disease education strategies to engage stakeholders as MS management advances.
- Support presence at key MS/neurology congresses, including disease education symposia, booth interactions, and integrated engagement plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regional Partnership
- Partner with Global Market Development Lead (MS), Global Brand Lead, Global Cross-indication lead, Global Medical, Training, and Regional Marketing to deliver unbranded peer-to-peer education and speaker programs; ensure consistent non-promotional narratives across HCP touchpoints.
- Use field insights to continuously refine the frexalimab pre-launch approach.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory to ensure field activities are aligned and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market development, sales, account management, marketing, or medical education.
- Hands-on experience with congresses, peer-to-peer programs, and speaker bureaus.
- KOL engagement experience and compliant contracting processes.
- MS/Neurology pre-launch and product launch experience.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global organization.
- Strong execution against/beyond targets; high ethical standards; ability to work independently across global/local teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS or neurology experience.
- Partnering with MS specialists and key opinion leaders.
- Familiarity with MS clinical endpoints (e.g., MRI lesions, relapse rates, disability progression) and translating clinical data into market development narratives.
- Knowledge of FMV, Sunshine Act, and HCP compliance requirements.
- Event management experience.
