Key Responsibilities:
- Keep Market Access Early Pipeline forecasting model assumptions current by developing and updating underlying data assumptions regularly.
- Catalogue and maintain tracked market trends to ensure lists are complete, assumptions are current, and trends are effectively communicated across US Market Access and relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support ongoing market analyses by gathering data/insights with Directors (Market Portfolio Strategy) and using them to inform methodologies and story development.
- Draft and communicate updates to the US Market Access Outlook; ensure content is repurposed across the organization and maintain a catalogue of above-brand initiatives.
- Present analysis findings at various levels across the organization.
- Participate in development of relevant market research by following internal processes, analyzing secondary data, and incorporating internal experience to inform insights.
- Organize the annual business planning process for the team.

Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical Market Access, Healthcare Strategy Consulting, Policy, Managed Care Finance, Insights & Analytics, or Business Development; 3+ years with direct US market experience preferred.
- Familiarity with and ability to manipulate industry-standard claims and/or payer data (e.g., IQVIA, DRG Fingertip Formulary) or other published price/coverage sources.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to create solutions for complex processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business issues/trends and connect commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop value propositions.
- Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creativity.
