Associate Director, Market Access & Patient Services Analytics

Role: Associate Director, Market Access & Patient Services Analytics, serving as an advanced analytics lead within Commercial Analytics & Operations to inform strategic decision-making in market access and patient services. Responsibilities: lead deep-dive analytics projects on payer behaviors, access barriers, and channel dynamics; develop predictive models to anticipate patient drop-off and demand shifts; optimize operational processes such as prior authorization and referral workflows; build self-service reporting tools; and provide strategic insights to leadership. Requirements: 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in analytics within pharma/biotech, including expertise in payer, hub, and specialty pharmacy data; strong statistical, machine learning, and modeling skills; proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools; experience supporting product launches and working with real-world datasets.
