Associate Director, Market Access Operations (remote/hybrid; Burlington, MA or Westlake Village, CA; occasional travel)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly reconciliation of source data used in government pricing (sales, rebates, chargebacks, discounts/fees).
- Perform parallel GP calculations; maintain forecast models for pricing analysis.
- Review vendor materials and validate BP, AMP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, URA; ensure timely, compliant government submissions.
- Maintain annual government portal registrations (e.g., SAM, CMS, TRICARE) and ensure accurate Public Law reporting/RFMs.
- Maintain customer Class of Trade assignments; ensure statutory pricing is current in government portals and assist with Compendia updates.
- Monitor US pricing and government program developments (e.g., IRA, MFN); build federal/state regulatory expertise.
- Analyze payer data for trend reporting; assist with contract review and tracking key terms/timelines.
- Support Gross-to-Net/accounting understanding and net sales forecast modeling.
- Monitor discount trends, performance-to-contract, and channel mix; support account setup and sales reporting.
- Create/maintain dashboards and trackers; participate in vendor calls and quarterly business reviews.
- Support Market Access integration activities related to scPharma acquisition (vendor assessments, consolidation, unified reporting).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 7+ years biopharma analytics/reporting; 5+ years government pricing or related commercial finance; 3+ years managing external vendor/client relationships.
Skills/Abilities (required/preferred):
- Ability to read/interpret complex contracts; data analysis & vendor management.
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint/Excel incl. pivot tables); cross-functional collaboration.
