Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end learning strategy for Market Access field roles, including capability priorities and development pathways.
- Identify capability gaps across Market Access teams (e.g., ARMs, AEs, HEOR) and translate them into learning strategies/roadmaps.
- Design and establish onboarding curriculums for prioritized Market Access roles.
- Establish learning design principles, standards, and quality expectations.
- Provide strategic direction to MAx and PASS Field Trainers to ensure programs are instructionally sound, sequenced, scalable, and compliant.
- Maintain oversight of training content lifecycle to keep materials current and fit for purpose.
- Partner with Field Training leads to translate capability needs into learning experiences.
- Lead launches by defining capability requirements and learning approaches in advance.
- Ensure learning is integrated into enterprise learning platforms and aligned to enterprise capability frameworks.
- Define and assess learning effectiveness using outcomes and field insights.
- Provide strategic oversight of vendors/external partners.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required; Masterβs or MBA preferred.
- 2+ years in learning strategy, capability development, or commercial/field training roles.
- Deep knowledge of market access and payer landscape (field-facing roles/responsibilities).
- Experience designing learning architectures and role-based capability frameworks (preferred).
- >7 years market access and field/account management experience (highly preferred).
- Strong adult learning, instructional design, and learning evaluation knowledge.
- Ability to influence without authority in complex cross-matrix settings.
- Proven success managing external vendors/learning partners.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation/communication; strong Microsoft Office; AI and enterprise learning platforms.
- Ability to travel ~20%.
