Associate Director - Machine Learning Sciences

Role: Lead and manage the Machine Learning Sciences team within Bristol Myers Squibb's Computational Sciences department, focusing on applying AI/ML to optimize small molecule drug discovery, including ADMET and PK prediction and multiparameter design. Responsibilities: set scientific strategy, oversee team development, collaborate cross-functionally with medicinal chemistry, DMPK, biology, and data science teams to incorporate predictive models into workflows, drive model validation and innovation by evaluating new methodologies, and represent the team to senior leadership.
