Title: Key Account Manager (Associate Director) β€” Hospital KAM (Neuroscience)
Territory: Pittsburgh, PA | Therapeutic Area: COBENFY

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute stakeholder engagement strategy to optimize access, educate on COBENFY’s value, and drive adoption in Neuropsychiatry/neuro settings.
- Develop account plans; coordinate matrix partners to improve outcomes within hospital/health systems.
- Support formulary management, P&T process, and advocate to improve formulary position.
- Monitor protocol/pathway decisions and advocate for open access.
- Coordinate EMR/EHR updates with HIT Specialists (pathways, protocols, order sets).
- Lead discussions on outcomes-based hospital reimbursement; use economic data to demonstrate value.
- Maintain long-term relationships with senior hospital decision makers (C-suite, finance, pharmacy, operations); disseminate system-level decisions.
- Analyze market/regional trends; conduct internal account reviews; identify pain points to enable access.
- Ensure full compliance and uphold ethical standards; travel/field presence >80% of time.

Qualifications/Required:
- BS/BA degree.
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.
- Hospital and IDN experience; direct health system provider and payer experience.
- U.S. healthcare system knowledge (acute care, IDNs, payer dynamics).
- Experience with payment models, P&T, formulary/reimbursement, pathways/protocol development, EMR/EHR, pharmacy planning/operations.
- Access/marketing/sales track record; lead without authority; strong analytics/communication/presentation; critical thinking/decision-making; valid driver’s license (within 50 US).

Preferred:
- Psychiatry/Schizophrenia expertise; sales leadership/marketing/home office; prior people management.

Compensation/Benefits (highlights):
- Field-based salary: $166,350–$201,571.
