International Omni-Channel Management (OCM) Oncology role responsible for advancing OCM capabilities and partnering with International Oncology Brand Teams to ensure execution with Customer Excellence, Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Business Technology Solutions (BTS), and leaders across International Area and Affiliate levels.

Accountable for strengthening Customer Journey design, content strategy, digital excellence, analytics, and AI-enabled innovation to improve impact across brands and affiliates; embedding, advancing, and measuring Advanced Customer Experience (ACE) progress; driving digital strategy and adoption of scalable OCM practices across the Oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a unified digital strategy framework; strengthen channel performance; accelerate ACE integration/expansion across activated and launching brands; ensure Reimagine Content Model (RCM) is embedded across Oncology.
- Lead OCM capability building and customer engagement strategy: define Affiliate implementation framework; shape Brand Customer Engagement Strategies to enhance HCP OCM experience; align affiliate localization/execution with brand priorities, segmentation, and customer needs.
- Advance ACE and digital transformation: embed/expand ACE across brands; measure progress via orchestrated journey design; orchestrate ACE pillars across IFT, Digital, P2P, Congresses, and other touchpoints; strengthen AbbVie Pro channel performance via customer experience, content optimization, and analytics.
- Cross-functional coordination/governance: coordinate working groups; lead OCM governance with ACE metrics in monthly reviews and close-the-loop processes; act as Oncology OCM Subject Matter Expert to coach and elevate teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business (or equivalent).
- 10+ years pharma experience including Marketing/Brand and Sales Management.
- Digital communication experience; knowledge of digital and CRM tools.
- Strong strategic/organizational skills; plan, organize, and manage multiple projects; strong implementation/execution.
- Excellent communication/networking; strong written/verbal skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytics, customer journey design, and content strategy experience (asset).
- Demonstrated ability to work across International/Area/Affiliate stakeholders (matrixed environment).
