Reporting to the Director, Brand Team Leader (Multiple Myeloma, International Marketing), supports development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics at the International, Areas, and Country-Affiliate level.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead cross-functional teams and International affiliates to develop brand strategies and competitive readiness plans that deliver business results.
- Identify, analyze, and translate product/brand/customer/patient information to frame business problems and build marketing plans.
- Direct primary research projects and understand the healthcare business environment (International markets/payers, distribution channels, pricing strategies).
- Analyze financial and market results to optimize business plans; assist in development of annual plans and LRP.
- Monitor and lead International marketing programs and activities within budget constraints.
- Develop and articulate executable, well-communicated, and clinically/financially supported marketing strategies (product/indication/channel).
- Segment markets, select target audiences, and position effectively.
- Evaluate promotional tactics for effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control).
- Lead projects to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership competencies: influence management, consensus building, leading through ambiguity, handling multiple partners.
- Proven interpersonal change management & culture change (preferred).
- Strong business writing and oral communication; presentation development experience (required).
- Attention to detail; planning, project/time management, decision-making.
- Achieve results in a matrix organization; engage and motivate Area/Affiliate Brand Team leaders.
- Travel at least 15%.
