Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a company voice that maintains a biotech feel while scaling across two locations.
- Implement a measurement and feedback mechanism that reduces employee burden and provides actionable, impact-measuring feedback with real-time adjustments.
- Support synergy between the San Diego and Indianapolis sites while preserving each siteโs unique characteristics.
- Support and manage the company-wide intranet for knowledge sharing and information management.
- Develop and draft a corporate newsletter to elevate content and inform employees.
- Partner with HR to streamline communications and ensure essential information is shared.
- Create and operate a comprehensive internal communications framework, leveraging AI capabilities and agents.
- Lead culture-based committees focused on engagement and onsite participation; build a corporate culture employees and talent want to be part of.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs and the MSL lead to share patient stories and successes in creative, informal ways.
- Manage the BMS process for RayzeBio corporate giving (stakeholder liaison, BMS review/vetting, and payment process).
- With BMS, support LinkedIn content management and creation (posts, responses, engagement).
- Determine essential information to reduce noise, distraction, and information overload.
- Execute graphical needs for RayzeBio.com and BMS to support Corporate-Affairs-led content creation.
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare communications (or similar).
- Demonstrated experience working in highly matrixed environments.
- Experience with early-stage and rapidly advancing R&D companies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities.
- Excellent professional ethics and integrity; ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 10 years of experience in healthcare communications (or similar).
