Responsibilities:
- Develop the company’s voice (biotech feel) and support scaling across two locations.
- Establish mechanisms for measurement and feedback with real-time adjustment.
- Support site synergy between San Diego and Indianapolis while preserving site uniqueness.
- Support/manage the company intranet for knowledge sharing and information management.
- Draft the corporate newsletter and elevate internal content.
- Partner with HR to streamline internal communications and ensure essential information is shared.
- Build and operate an internal communications framework leveraging AI capabilities/agents.
- Lead culture/engagement committees to encourage onsite participation.
- Partner with Corporate Affairs and the MSL lead to share patient stories and successes.
- Manage RayzeBio corporate giving process with BMS (stakeholders, BMS review/vetting, payment process).
- Support LinkedIn content management/creation with BMS (posts, responses, engagement).
- Determine essential information to reduce noise/distraction.
- Execute graphical needs for RayzeBio.com and support Corporate Affairs content.
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in healthcare communications (or similar).
- Experience in highly matrixed environments.
- Experience with early-stage, rapidly advancing R&D companies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong ethics/integrity; ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred:
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare communications (or similar).
