Associate Director, Integrated Insights, HIV Prevention
Role Responsibilities (Individual Contributor)
- Support Gilead’s HIV US commercialization for the HIV Prevention business unit; conduct market research focused on Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and consumers.
- Plan, develop, and execute market research projects with key stakeholders.
- Manage studies end-to-end: objectives, design, vendor selection/oversight, data collection monitoring, analysis, and interpretation.
- Develop compelling presentations of insights for Brand Leadership and Senior Management.
- Stay current on key market events and assess potential impact.
- Present tailored insights to Senior Management to maximize influence.
- Partner cross-functionally (Analytics, Forecasting, Digital Strategy & Operations, Managed Markets, Brand) to analyze sales/trend data and recommend corrective actions.
- Integrate insights from disparate sources to form a comprehensive viewpoint.

- Experience designing and conducting quantitative/qualitative primary and secondary research.
- Experience with global Sales/Marketing organizations and pharmaceutical data sources.

- Solutions-oriented, creative problem solving; able to work in ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and consensus-building across cultures/disciplines.
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 10%.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $195,670.00–$253,220.00; may include bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
