Associate Director, Immunology Market Access Financial Planning

Role: Lead the Market Access financial planning and assumption alignment for AbbVie's Immunology portfolio (SKYRIZI, RINVOQ, HUMIRA), supporting portfolio-level integration within the broader commercial and payer strategy. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process for Long Range Planning (LRP), Planning (PLAN), and Leading Business Execution (LBE), aligning assumptions across payer channels (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid), and coordinating with Trade and Contracting teams. The role entails synthesizing assumptions into executive summaries, validating pricing and contracting data, issuing regular price updates, and responding to ad-hoc analytical requests. The position requires building relationships across a broad matrix of stakeholders, including Market Access leadership, brand teams, finance, legal, and government affairs, to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years in biopharmaceutical or payer experience, with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
