Role: Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner supporting Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing (PDM) in a biotech setting. Objectives: translate PDM business strategies into organizational and talent initiatives, serve as a strategic HR advisor, and facilitate organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, change management, and leadership coaching; collaborate with HR functions including talent acquisition, rewards, culture, and learning; leverage data for insights and decision-making; support scaling efforts during growth phases. Requirements: 14+ years of HRBP experience within biotech, pharma, or life sciences; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; proven ability to align HR strategies with complex scientific and operational priorities; strong influencing, communication, and organizational diagnosis skills; adept at managing change and cross-functional projects. Preferred: experience supporting rapid growth, pipeline advancement, late-stage development, or commercialization in biotech or pharma, and working in global or matrixed organizations. High-Value: supporting a clinical or manufacturing organization in a high-growth biotech environment, focusing on talent and organizational effectiveness during scale-up and pipeline progression.
