Role: Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner supporting R&D at Agios, focused on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and culture enhancement. Responsibilities: build trusted relationships across all organizational levels; shape organization design, workforce planning, and change management; coach leaders on performance and employee relations; deliver core HR programs—talent, performance, compensation; provide data-driven insights to inform HR strategies; contribute to people and culture initiatives.
