Associate Director, HRBP - Commercial (San Diego / Hybrid)

Role: Associate Director, HR Business Partner for Illumina's Global Commercial team, focusing on strategic human capital solutions to support talent development, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Partner with senior commercial leaders to design and implement HR programs covering leadership development, talent management, performance cycles, succession planning, and diversity initiatives; provide HR guidance on employee relations, coaching, and workforce strategies; collaborate with cross-functional HR teams across regions. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of HR experience supporting commercial functions, preferably within life sciences; Bachelor's degree or higher; proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex employee relations; strong understanding of employment law and diversity initiatives.
